Hello, it's been a long time. We are entering the season of delicious iced coffee. Although if you are in Australia or Tierra Del Fuego, you best be brewing a hot cup of mud.
On June 14th we are playing in Eugene, Oregon, at the 1st annual Broadway Bloc Party. It's a graduation celebration for the university there. Other people playing that night are The Devil Makes Three, Islands, Sebastien Grainger (of Death From Above 1979) and Crayonsmith. Go to the Broadway Block Party Myspace Page for more info.
We're kind of doing other things right now, but will probably start working on songs for an album pretty soon. Also probably going to strip this site to its bones, so stay tuned for that excitement.
If we don't see you in Eugene, have a great spring/summer/fall and be sure to vote correctly.

Hello!
A long overdue update:
We are about to head out on another tour. We just had our two shows in New York City and they both went great. Thanks so much to everyone who came out. We are now about to hop (to Denver) skip (to Austin) and jump (to San Francisco) our way over to the west coast where we'll start playing our own shows in Los Angeles. Elvis Perkins in Dearland will be along with us for all the fun. We'll be heading up through California, Oregon and Washington, and then stop off in Minneapolis and Madison on our way back home. Check our Shows page for all those dates.
Also, check out the Shows page for a few new dates we've just added. In October we'll be visiting Atlanta, Phoenix and New Orleans. And in November we've added one more show to our little east coast run. We'll be starting things off in Cambridge at the Middle East Downstairs. Tickets for that show go on sale this Friday, September 14th. Don't miss out!
Thanks to everyone who came out to see us this summer. We really appreciate all your support. Check out our Photos page for some pictures from some of those tours.

We're sorry to announce that we have to postpone our upcoming trip to Japan and Australia. Unfortunately over the course of our recent European tour Alec's voice started to give out on him, and in order to avoid any permanent damage to his vocal chords he's going to have to take some time off of touring. We're really sorry for the late notice, and we wish this wasn't the case, but we promise to make it over as soon as we can. If you bought tickets for our shows in Sydney or Melbourne you'll be able to get a refund for your tickets.
06.09.06

Correction: The Sept 28 show in Central Park is actually after the Summerstage series ends, but it is at the same venue (Rumsey Playfield, Central Park). To those of you who already bought tickets, sorry for the error. This will still be a great show. We will invite some special guests, and the show will (we think) close out the season in Central Park.
Get tickets here.
